Non-Construction

Most people think of swinging a hammer when they think about volunteering for Habitat. Due to the tremendous amount of planning and management required to build just one home, we have a constant need for volunteers to help out in many other areas. Commitment levels vary and we're sure we can find something that works with your schedule.

Construction Administration

• Administrator —
  You are organized, have construction purchasing, planning and budgeting experience and would like to help us out in the office one or two days per week.

General Office

• Database Clerk —
  you have great computer skills and know your way around windows. You are detailed oriented and can come in once per week.

Development

• Grant Writer —
  You love researching new ways for HFHDF to apply for funding. You have some experience grant writing, but are willing to learn how we do it. Grant compliance and due diligence are also on the list and you can offer us a few hours per week.
