As the Desert Foothills area continues to grow, securing land for Habitat for Humanity Desert Foothills projects become more challenging. Due to zoning requirements in our area- at or above one home per acre for single family residences - we build multi-unit housing.  Land zoned for multi-unit housing is at a premium in the Desert Foothills.

Our vision is to obtain a 3-5 acre site that would accommodate 30 additional homes.  Our goal would be to build these homes in the next 5 years, providing a total of 50 homes to those in need in the Desert Foothills.
